I can't find the chat button
Our chat tool is located on the bottom right side of the screen.
However, if you cannot see the chat button, then you might have rejected cookies that are essential for our chat's functionality.
Whenever you visit vidaxl.com.au, a prompt will appear on the bottom side of the screen with 3 options to choose from: Cookies Settings, Accept All Cookies, Continue without Accepting:
In order to enable the chat button, you can use one of these two methods:
Method 1:
- Select Accept All Cookies;
- refresh the page.
Method 2:
- Select Cookies Settings;
- Enable Functional Cookies;
- Refresh the page.
After following these steps, visit the Help Center and the chat button should be on the bottom right side of the screen.
You can't find the previously mentioned prompt?
If you can't find the cookies prompt, open an incognito tab. Browsing in Incognito mode means your activity data isn't saved on your device, and as soon as you visit vidaxl.com.au the prompt will appear on the bottom side of the screen.
